Penn State Mont Alto - Multipurpose Activities Center
Penn State Mont Alto nursing, occupational therapy and physical therapy students will host this free public event. There will be more than twenty stations focusing on children’s health and safety. Penn State’s Life Lion helicopter will land on campus at 1 p.m. for children to tour. In addition to the educational and informational stations, there will also be entertainment for the children including Crackers the Clown, the Nittany Lion, a teddy bear clinic (children can bring their teddy bear for a check-up) and therapeutic horseback riding demonstrations. There will also be door prizes and free raffles including a bike and helmet and safety gear, free T-shirts, and more.
